Program Terms of Use

These terms describe how the Just4U program works. Taking part means accepting them. For agents, the participation agreement is accepted inside the platform.

What Just4U is

Just4U records sales generated by sales agents through their personal link or QR, calculates commissions, and helps coordinate and record payouts. Just4U does not charge shoppers and does not move commission money: the business pays the agent directly.

Agents

• Agents take part as independent contractors. The agreement is not an employment relationship.
• A sale is assigned to the last link or QR the shopper used within the business's attribution window (initially 30 days).
• The commission is calculated on the amount actually paid for products, excluding taxes and shipping, at the program rate.
• Each commission stays pending during the business's return period. If there is a return or cancellation within that period, it is adjusted or cancelled.
• The business makes the payout against a simple invoice from the agent, and it is recorded in Just4U with its reference.
• Using the link in a misleading way or impersonating the brand is prohibited.

Businesses

• They authorize the connection of their store to record sales, returns and cancellations.
• They pay agents' commissions and Compás's service percentage as agreed in their contract.

Acceptable use and suspension

Compás may hold commissions for review or suspend accounts if there are signs of fraud, misleading use or breach of these terms.
