Quick answers to the most common questions. For anything else, write to us at conecta@compasco.cl.
How do I start selling?
Create a seller account at j4u.shop/join, accept the Seller Agreement, and you'll get a personal link and QR code right away. Share them anywhere: messages, social media, or in person.
How is a sale credited to me?
When someone buys from the business after visiting through your link or QR, the sale is attributed to you. If a shopper uses several links, the last one used in the 30 days before the purchase counts.
How much do I earn?
Your commission is a percentage of the amount actually paid for products, excluding taxes and shipping. The exact rate is stated in the Seller Agreement you accept when you join.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits during the business's return period (14 days from payment). After that it becomes “Available for payout.” Compás then coordinates the payout and the business pays you directly. The payment is recorded in your dashboard.
What do I need to receive a payout?
Complete your payout profile in the app (how we should pay you, a personal photo and a photo of an ID document) and wait for it to be verified. You also need a W-9 form on file with Compás and a simple invoice made out to the business that pays you.
What happens if a customer returns an order?
If the return happens during the return period, your commission is adjusted or cancelled. If the business accepts a return after your commission was paid, the business absorbs that loss, not you.
Can I buy through my own link?
Yes. Purchases you make through your own link count like any other sale.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. If you don't receive an email, contact support and we'll help you get back in.
I'm a business. How do I join?
Choose “I'm a business” at j4u.shop/join and send your request. We review every business request and contact you to connect your store.
Who do I contact for help?
