Privacy Policy

Just4U (“Just4U”, “we”) is a platform operated by Compás that connects businesses with sales agents. This page explains what data we use and why.

What we collect

• Payout profile (agents): full legal name, the payout method you choose (for example Zelle, PayPal or bank account details), a personal photo and a photo of an ID document. Payment details are stored encrypted, and the photo and document are kept in private storage that only authorized Compás staff can open. They are used only to pay you and to verify your identity.
• Seller profile (optional answers): where you plan to share your link and roughly how many people you can reach, which you give when you sign up as a seller.
• Access requests: name, email, optional phone number, and for businesses the business name and website, plus any message you choose to add when you ask to join.
• Agents and business users: name, email address and a protected password. Tax documents used for payouts are handled outside the platform.
• Visits through an agent's link or QR: date and time, channel (link or QR), browser type, referring page and an anonymous visitor fingerprint. We do not store IP addresses.
• Sales: order number, amounts paid for products, discounts, dates and status. We do not store the name, email, phone number or address of shoppers.
• Commissions and payouts: amounts, statuses, payment references and invoice numbers.

Attribution cookie

When someone visits a business's store through an agent's link or QR, a technical identifier (cnx_click) is saved in their browser for up to 30 days. Its only purpose is to know which agent referred the store if that person makes a purchase. It contains no personal data and is not used for advertising.

Language preference

If you choose a language (English or Spanish), we save that choice in a small cookie (lang) so the site opens the way you prefer. It contains no personal data.

How we use data

• To attribute each sale to the right agent and calculate their commission.
• To coordinate, record and back up payouts.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with agents and businesses about their accounts.

Who sees what

Each agent sees only their own activity. Each business sees the sales attributed to its agents and the payouts of its program. The Compás team administers the platform. We do not sell personal data.

Infrastructure providers

Just4U runs on third-party services that host the application and the database (Vercel and Supabase), send emails (Resend) and protect forms against bots (Cloudflare). They process data on our behalf under standard security measures.

Retention

We keep data while a person or business takes part in the program, and for as long as needed to meet accounting obligations and resolve disputes.
